Data protection/privacy policy

Download a copy of the data protection policy. This has been enhanced to take account of GDPR, implemented with effect from May 2018. In essence the Club only uses personal information of members and others we have contact with for the legitimate interest of running the Club for members' benefits, and more detail is in the document.

Members needing help with their photography

We try to help Club members, whether new or long-time, with their photography. Some members ask people they already know at the Club. But if you are not sure who to ask we have created a simple form that you can complete with details of what help you are looking for and we will try to sort something out for you.

You can download the help form here, then please complete it as appropriate and place it in the ‘help box’ on the information table at the back of the hall during meetings. A Committee member will review it and try to put you in touch with someone in the Club who can help.
