When & Where we meet
When
The Club meets from September through to May on the 1st, 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month (except public holidays). See the Current Programme page for this season's meeting dates and topics. After running our whole 2020-'21 and 2021-'22 seasons on Zoom, we will still have some virtual meetings in future because it opens us up to speakers from afar.
Meetings start at 8.0 pm (people usually arrive from about 7.45pm) and finish by 10.0 pm. We pause for a break around half-way. For the time being the Club has decided NOT to provide coffee or tea ourselves, but you are welcome to bring your own in a flask or travel mug, etc.
We do sometimes have extra meetings on a '3rd Monday' in a month. These tend to be arranged at shorter notice, are usually organised and presented by our own members, and are fairly informal sessions. They may include demonstrations of techniques, illustrated talks, or in fact anything for which there is both a demand and willing participants/presenters.

The hall itself is not visible from the road, being set back up a short drive, but this map should enable you to find us.
There is limited parking space in the Hall's drive but more in the road. Sometimes you will need to find a space up the road a little way from the Hall due to the (seemingly) ever-increasing use of double-yellow lines closer to the Hall, despite what you would think is the very generous width of the road.
