Links : mainly retail/commercial

Our approach is to include only organisations that are in some way known to us, and where there is some positive experience by one or more of our own members. We do not just create reciprocal links for the sake of it.

Whilst inclusion here means that one or more of our members has received good service from the organisation, we cannot be held responsible for their products/services.

Local photographic suppliers and services

Sevenoaks-based professional landscape photographer Paul Sanders has spoken at the Club a couple of times and really appealed to our members with his superb pictures and his open engaging style. Check out Paul's website to see more of his work, to learn about the training and mentoring he offers or to enquire about buying prints.

Kent-based freelance photographer Robert Canis runs excellent, often natural history or landscape, workshops. Several Sevenoaks members have attended and learned new techniques and taken some rewarding photos — while having fun as well. Highly recommended by our members. He has also visited the Club on a number of occasions to give some good talks.

Nik & Trick is a Folkestone (Creative Quarter) business that offers a wide range of products and services, mostly led by what comes across as a love of traditional film photography. But they also offer digital printing, so have not rejected new technology! The range of films is amazing, from old standards to more unusual finds. If you're the least bit interested in film photography - or even being tempted to try it out if you've never done so - this firm is well worth a look. Their online service for ordering products and processing is very good (webmaster), and even if we can't get to Folkestone it still helps a Kent business.
